DAY 01 – The Heart of Prosecco Country
Pedal into the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills, where terraced vineyards sculpt the land into a masterpiece. Cross the Piave River and ascend to the storied Castle of San Salvatore. Valdobbiadene welcomes you with its winemaking heritage before you roll onto the Strada del Prosecco, perhaps the most scenic road in the region. Pause at Molinetto della Croda, a charming old watermill, before finishing with a glass of Prosecco at the impressive Cantina Giusti and a big feast at your agriturismo.
DAY 02 – Art, History, and Rolling Hills
Today blends cultural gems with unforgettable roads. Ride the undulating wine hills near Castelli and Monfumo, where each curve reveals a postcard-perfect view. Pause at Possagno’s Canova Temple before exploring the Gypsotheca: a collection of neoclassical chalk sculptures. We will also visit Asolo, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, and the fortified town of Marostica – famous for it’s life-sized chess competition. After a sunset glass of wine, we will arrive in Bassano del Grappa, check into BCH, and get ready for an exciting day of racing ahead.
DAY 03 – Monte Grappa and the Giro d’Italia Spectacle
Today’s road leads to Monte Grappa, where history, challenge, and beauty intertwine. Ascend the same route the Giro’s elite will conquer, winding through alpine meadows and pine forests. As the summit nears, anticipation builds—soon, the world’s best will fly past on these very roads. Stop for lunch at the rifugio on the mountain peak before witnessing the Giro’s raw energy. Descend back to BCH for a the party of the year, toasting not just the race, but BCH’s first birthday. It promises to be a very fun evening!
DAY 04 – The Ultimate Farewell Ride
Your final ride takes you into the foothills of the Dolomites, where the landscape shifts from gentle hills to dramatic peaks. Cross an old Tibetan-style bridge before climbing towards the tranquil waters of Lake Corlo. Descend through iconic switchbacks, soaking in the last breathtaking vistas before rolling back to BCH. A toast to one last espresso, one last spin, and a journey that will linger long after departure.
