This special edition of our Riviera Cycling Escape is designed as a performance-focused training camp, placing you at the heart of Italian cycling culture while pushing your riding to the next level.

Over 5 riding days, you’ll take on longer, more demanding rides, with most days exceeding 100km and featuring significant elevation. Expect a faster pace, structured riding, and iconic climbs such as Monte Cippo, all on some of the best roads in Emilia-Romagna and Marche.

This camp is built around performance and recovery. Your stay includes daily breakfasts and post-ride late lunches, giving you the flexibility to fuel properly while maintaining a training-focused routine.

Alongside the riding, you’ll have access to premium recovery and support services, including:

• Spa facilities and private beach access

• Daily cycling kit wash

• Maurten nutrition included to support your efforts on the bike

A key highlight of the week is your entry to La Gialla Sportive, included in the package. We will take part in the event on Sunday, giving you the opportunity to test yourself on a true Italian race course alongside local riders.

You’ll also experience the energy of the Italian Bike Festival, with the opportunity to test the latest bikes on the Misano World Circuit and connect with leading cycling brands.

This is a more intense, focused version of the Riviera experience, combining serious riding, premium support, and the unique atmosphere of Italian cycling culture.

Your home for the trip is a premium 4-star hotel in the heart of Cattolica, perfectly positioned between the beach and the lively Riviera promenade. The hotel offers a comfortable blend of modern style and coastal relaxation, complete with a swimming pool, spa access and a private serviced beach for long, easy afternoons.

Rooms are bright and contemporary, set up with single beds in shared rooms, with the option to upgrade to a private room or a double-bed arrangement if preferred. Cyclists are well looked after, with a designated bike room offering basic service support and daily washing of your bike kit, ensuring you’re always ready to roll the next morning.

It’s an ideal base for exploring the Riviera, unwinding between rides, and embracing the Italian seaside lifestyle at its best.

Emilia-Romagna is renowned for its incredible food culture, and while this camp is designed with performance in mind, you’ll still experience some of the region’s finest flavours.

The package includes daily breakfasts and late post-ride lunches, allowing you to properly fuel your training and recovery after long days in the saddle.

Evenings are left more flexible, giving you the opportunity to explore and dine at your own pace in the charming seaside town of Cattolica. We’ll be happy to recommend and organise reservations at some of the best local restaurants, where you can enjoy fresh seafood, regional pasta, and traditional Romagnolo cuisine. (Dinners are not included in this package.)
